SMALL SWAPS TO BIG STEPS: HOW WE’RE CELEBRATING EARTH DAY

Earth Day is kind of a big deal around here — and not just for one day. Here’s what we’ve been up to lately.

First up: your in-room morning coffee. This month, we introduced Coulée Coffee Co. across our hotels. Their 100% compostable single-serve pour-over system delivers café-quality coffee without the plastic-heavy pods.

We’re also celebrating a milestone in the Windy City: Staypineapple Chicago officially earned Green Key Certification, a certificate awarded to establishments that have been assessed against Green Key’s published criteria, developed by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE) in consultation with external relevant stakeholders.

In addition, since introducing refillable PATH Water bottles in 2024, we’ve helped divert over 900,000 single-use plastic bottles from landfills.

Not bad, right?
