1. Eligibility
The (“Giveaway”) is open to the first 250 legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of Pineapple Hospitality Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to win the giveaway but can participate. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Pineapple Hospitality Company (“Sponsor”), 155 108th Ave NE, Suite 500, Bellevue, WA, 98004, United States. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any other entity.
3. Agreement to Rules
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
Entrants must have a valid email address to enter. The entrant must register to participate in the Staypineapple Inside Scoop webinar.
4. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on August 19, 2020, at 1:00 PM PST and ends on August 26, 2020, at 1:00 PM PST (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Giveaway using the following method:

Online: This method of entry will be available by visiting https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/1447598726464348939 and following the directions provided to fill out the entry information, and submit.
Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household for the duration of the Giveaway Period. Entries received from any person, e-mail address, or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void.
6. Prize Drawing
On or about 2:00 PM, August 26, 2020, the Sponsor will select a potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. You must be participating in the webinar at the time of the drawing to be eligible to win. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. If the potential winner is not present the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning eligible entries.
7. Winner Notification
If a potential winner is not present at the time of the announcement, the potential winner forfeits the prize.
Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 2 weeks after the conclusion of the Contest.

9. General Conditions
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or another technical problem, or in the event the Giveaway is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and the resume the Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of the Official Rules or (b) terminate the Giveaway and in the event of termination, award the Prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages ( including attorney’s fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of the Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver for that provision.
Winner will be responsible for expenses including, but not limited to, spending money, meals, drinks, transport, laundry charges, activities, incidentals, taxes, gratuities, services charges, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs associated with redeeming their free night.
Winner will have until 12/30/2021 to claim and use the Prize. Some restrictions will apply along with blackout dates. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsors discretion. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Prize must be accepted as stated in these Official Rules and no compensation will be payable if the Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. For the avoidance of doubt, if the Winner is, for whatever reason, unable to travel on a nominated date during this period, whether the failure was due to reasons beyond the Winner's control or otherwise, then the Winner will forfeit the Prize.
Sponsor makes no representation as to safety, conditions, and other issues that may exist at any destination. The winner accepts the Prize at their own risk.
Any traveling companion (if applicable) accepts the Prize subject to these terms, conditions, and restrictions as if references to the Winner in the relevant clauses were to the traveling companion.
By participating in the Giveaway entrant understands and agrees that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor and their licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and each of respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
11. Disputes
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Washington. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants rights, and obligation, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Washington, without giving the effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Washington.
12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.
