We have adjusted our cancellation policy for new reservations, so you can rest assured with maximum flexibility.  Simply cancel by 4 pm day of arrival for reservations booked directly with Staypineapple.  

Guests who wish to make changes to or cancel a reservation should call our Core Reservations Center at 1-866-866-7977, or email us at reservations@staypineapple.com.
