Sponsor
The Sweepstakes Sponsor is Pineapple Hospitality Company, 10510 Northup Way Suite #350, Kirkland, WA 98033, United States.
Trophy Room is a participating promotional collaborator and a prize provider. Pineapple Hospitality Company is responsible for administering the Sweepstakes, selecting and notifying the Winner, and coordinating prize fulfillment.
Eligibility
The Staypineapple Seven Days of Giving: Boston Nutcracker Experience Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and representatives of Pineapple Hospitality Company (“Sponsor”), its parent or affiliate companies, and suppliers, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes each Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Agreement to Rules
By participating, Entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by the Official Rules, and Entrants represent and warrant that Entrants meet the eligibility requirements.
Entrants agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding in all matters related to these Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at 9:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) and ends on Friday, November 13, 2026, at 9:00 AM PST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
How to enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants must complete the following steps on Instagram:
- Follow the official Staypineapple Instagram account, @staypineapple.
- Follow the official Trophy Room Instagram account, @trophyboston.
- Comment on the official Seven Days of Giving: Boston Nutcracker Experience Sweepstakes collaborative Instagram post, identifying who they would bring along for a holiday getaway.
Each eligible comment counts as one (1) entry. There is no limit to the number of eligible comments an individual may submit during the Sweepstakes Period.
Entrants must continue to follow both @staypineapple and @trophyroomboston through winner selection and verification to be eligible.
The Sweepstakes will be hosted on a single Instagram collaborative post shared between Staypineapple and Trophy Room. Comments submitted on the shared collaborative post will be considered entries regardless of which participating account’s profile the Entrant accesses the post through.
Comments must be submitted directly on the Sweepstakes announcement post. Comments on other posts, Stories or private message will not count as entries.
Entries generated by bots, scripts, automated systems, or other fraudulent means are prohibited and may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify spam, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate entries.
No purchase is necessary to participate.
Prizes
One (1) Winner will receive the Boston Nutcracker Experience prize package, consisting of:
- One (1) one-night stay in The Nutcracker Wonderland Room at Staypineapple Boston, a Staypineapple hotel in Boston, Massachusetts.
- Check-in: Saturday, December 5, 2026
- Check-out: Sunday, December 6, 2026
- One (1) $50 gift card to Trophy Room, located at Staypineapple Boston.
- Two (2) tickets to The Nutcracker at Citizens Opera House in Boston, Massachusetts, on Saturday, December 5, 2026, at 7:30 PM.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) for the complete package is $570.00 USD.
The performance tickets are valid only for the specified December 5, 2026, performance. The hotel stay is valid only for the confirmed reservation date. Alternative performance dates or hotel stay dates will not be provided.
Ticket seating will be determined by the ticket provider and is subject to applicable ticket terms and venue policies.
The Trophy Room gift card is valid only at Trophy Room and is subject to any applicable gift card terms and conditions. The gift card is not redeemable for cash except as required by applicable law.
Transportation to and from Boston, parking, meals and beverages exceeding the gift card value, incidental expenses, and any other costs not expressly included in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or assigned to another person.
Limit one (1) prize per household or address.
All prize-related expenses, including applicable federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Odds of winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential Winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The potential Winner will be selected on or around Friday, November 13, 2026.
The potential Winner will be notified through Instagram Direct Message from the official @staypineapple account.
The potential Winner must respond to the notification within twenty-four (24) hours and provide the requested information necessary to confirm eligibility and coordinate prize fulfillment.
The potential Winner may be required to provide proof of age, identification, and eligibility, as well as a completed declaration and release if requested by Sponsor.
Sponsor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notifications due to spam filters, privacy settings, or incorrect or non-functioning contact information.
If the potential Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond within twenty-four (24) hours, or fails to meet any requirement of these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected through a random drawing.
Receipt of the prize is conditioned upon compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE WINNER, AS DETERMINED BY SPONSOR, MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND FORFEITURE OF THE PRIZE.
Public Announcement of Grand Prize Winner
Sponsor intends to announce the confirmed Winner on or around November 16, 2026 through @staypineapple social media channels.
The public announcement will occur after the Winner's eligibility has been verified and the prize has been accepted.
Rights Granted by You
By entering any content (including comments, text, photos, or videos), Entrants understand and agree that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, and Sponsor’s licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, Entrants’ names, portraits, pictures, voices, likenesses, images, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
Additional Terms & Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should any virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, technical failure, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
In such an event, Sponsor may select a Winner from among all eligible entries received before the disruption, as permitted by applicable law.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, uses automated means to enter, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
Multiple eligible comments from the same Entrant are expressly permitted. However, entries generated through bots, macros, scripts, duplicate accounts used to circumvent platform restrictions, or other fraudulent methods may be voided.
Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
By entering, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, arising from:
- Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize;
- Technical failures of any kind, including computer, network, hardware, or software malfunctions;
- The unavailability or inaccessibility of Internet or communication services;
- Unauthorized human intervention in the entry process;
- Electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries.
Disputes
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICT OF LAW PRINCIPLES.
As a condition of participation, Entrants agree that disputes arising from or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to a class action, exclusively before a court located in the State of Washington having jurisdiction.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Entrants waive claims for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, and any right to have damages multiplied or increased.
