WTF? Where's the Food?!

University Inn

Whether you’re rising early to watch the sun rise over the Cascade Mountains, getting ready for a business meeting, or staying in bed all day (with Streampineapple of course), University Inn has what you need. You can grab a caffeine fix in your room, or come down and enjoy a continental breakfast if you have more time. Afternoon delights offer coffee and cupcakes in the lobby or you can binge on the in-room snack box any time of day for when those random cravings strike. Want to relax in your room? Quench your thirst with a cold beer or glass of wine that can be purchased at reception.

Waking up is hard. Having coffee in your room is easy. Our in-room Keurigs will help you get that early fix to start your day. No time for coffee in bed? Stop by the lobby on your way out the door for a to-go cup of Joe.

Mornings are much better with a tasty breakfast accompanied by coffee and juice. It’s science. That’s why University Inn offers a morning meal with all your favorites so you can get your day started right. Not much of an eater in the early hours? That’s okay because breakfast runs until 10 AM, so even if you don’t want to sit and stay, you can grab and go with a stash of snacks to help hunger cravings throughout your day.

Pineapple Cafe

Venture one block up the street to our sister hotel, Watertown, for your favorite espresso coffee drinks and tasty morning on the go breakfast items. You’ll also find homemade soups, paninis, and flatbreads that are sure to satisfy.

For a full-service, sit down experience, head next door to our neighbor and Seattle favorite Portage Bay Cafe. Offering daily breakfast and lunch, with all day brunch on the weekend, Portage Bay Cafe is best known for its breakfast bar featuring local, organic, sustainable ingredients.
