GETTING TO HOTEL FIVE
How do I get to Hotel FIVE?
If you're arriving by plane from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA):
- Traveling by car: Take the Western Ave exit from WA-99 N, then follow Battery St to 5th Ave.
- Traveling via public transit (Link Light Rail): From SeaTac/Airport Station, take the 1 Line to Lynnwood City Center and exit via Westlake Station.
If you're arriving by ship:
- From the Bell Street Cruise Terminal at Pier 66, head northwest on Alaskan Way, then follow Wall St, 2nd Ave, Battery St and 5th Ave.
- From the Smith Cove Cruise Terminal at Pier 91, take the W Galer Street Flyover to Elliott Ave W, continue, then follow W Denny Way to 5th Ave.
Do you offer parking?
Hotel FIVE offers onsite underground parking for $42 + tax per night. Vehicle height is limited to 6'3" and there are four ADA-accessible spaces available.
Is there a shuttle?
Hotel FIVE does not offer shuttle service, but getting around is easy! We’re close to the Light Rail and Monorail stations, with nearby public transit stops and ride-share options available all day in the area — complete with convenient pick-up and drop-off right at the hotel.

What airports are nearby?
Hotel FIVE offers convenient access to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), located about 15 miles south of downtown Seattle. Other nearby airports include King County International Airport/Boeing Field (BFI) for private and regional flights, and Paine Field (PAE) in Everett for select commercial flights.

What time is check-in and check-out?
In consideration of all our guests, check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Hotel FIVE also offers guaranteed early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Can you store my luggage before or after I check in/out?
We’d be happy to store your luggage at the front desk while you wait for your room to be ready, or after you’ve checked out if you’d like to explore a bit more before departing.
What amenities are included in my stay?
The amenities included in your stay have you covered from check-in to check-out. Start with a complimentary CORE Welcome Drink, then enjoy some Afternoon Delights of pineapple cookies and coffee. Is there a fitness center?
Our fitness center is open 24 hours a day, so you can squeeze in a workout whenever you like… unless, of course, you’d rather hit snooze and skip it.
Is there a pool?
No, we do not have a pool. But if you’re really craving some water fun during Seattle’s rainy season, there are plenty of nearby spots to dive in… or you can just dive into one of our comfy beds. The choice is yours!
Is there a restaurant or a bar on-site?

Is there a fridge in my room?
Hotel FIVE’s suites come with permanent fridges, while other rooms do not. No worries if you’re not in a suite — we can provide an additional fridge in your room upon request, subject to availability. Just let us know before your arrival so it’s ready for you.

When will my credit card be charged?
At check-in, your debit or credit card will be authorized for your room charges, taxes, and a $50 incidental hold per day of your stay. Room charges and taxes are typically processed at check-out, while any unused incidental hold may remain on your account for up to 21 days depending on your bank. If you choose our Seal the Sweet Deal rate when booking, you can lock in our lowest rates and pay the full room amount and taxes at the time of booking, so you don’t have to worry about it when you arrive.
