If you're arriving by plane: 

• Traveling by car: From SEA, take WA-518 W, then merge onto WA-509 N and continue onto WA-99 N and take the exit for N 40th St toward the University District. Turn right onto 7th Ave NE, then continue to NE 42nd St and turn left onto Roosevelt Way NE.
• Traveling via public transit (Link Light Rail): From SeaTac/Airport Station, take the 1 Line to Lynnwood City Center. Exit via U District Station Entrance A.

If you're arriving by ship: 

• From the Bell Street Cruise Terminal at Pier 66, head onto I‑5 North toward Everett, take exit 169 for NE 45th St toward the University District, then follow NE 45th St to Roosevelt Way NE and NE 42nd St.
• From the Smith Cove Cruise Terminal at Pier 91, head southeast to 15th Ave W, continue onto W Nickerson St and N 34th St, then follow Roosevelt Way NE to NE 42nd St.

Watertown Hotel offers onsite underground parking for $25 + tax per night. Vehicle height is limited to 8'9" on Level A and 6'6" on Level B. Guests also have access to one EV charging station.

Watertown Hotel does not offer shuttle service, but getting around is easy! We’re close to the U District Light Rail Station, with nearby public transit stops and ride-share options available all day in the area — complete with convenient pick-up and drop-off right at the hotel.

Watertown Hotel is conveniently located in the U District, with easy access to a variety of public transportation options. Several King County Metro bus stops are within walking distance, making it simple to get around the city. The Link Light Rail’s 1 Line serves U District Station, just a 10-minute walk from the hotel, providing quick access to many parts of Seattle.

Watertown Hotel offers convenient access to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), located about 17 miles south of the U District. Other nearby airports include King County International Airport/Boeing Field (BFI) for private and regional flights, and Paine Field (PAE) in Everett for select commercial flights.

In consideration of all our guests, check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Watertown Hotel also offers guaranteed early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
