- UW Medical Center Montlake: About a 7-minute drive or a 12-minute ride on the Link Light Rail. Emergency department and specialty clinics including the Heart Institute and the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Clinic.
- Seattle Children's Hospital: Including Magnuson Clinic and Sand Point Clinic, about 10 minutes by car.
